Meet Christy, Director of TSS. Christy has developed her knowledge and experience working within industries such as building and construction, mining and not-for-profit. With over 18 years’ experience, Christy has supported NT businesses in driving change and encouraging a shared vision, trust and collaboration for safety culture. Christy’s strong background in strategic leadership and management supports clients in developing processes and systems to ensure Legislation, Australian standards and best practice are met, whilst achieving objectives and targets.

Introducing Ray, our Director of TSS, whose skills, trade qualifications and experience as an accomplished NT business owner provides invaluable expertise and extensive industry knowledge to our company. Ray’s passion and commitment to safety has been pivotal to over 20 years of successful and award-winning business ownership. With nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in the electrical and construction sectors, Ray continues his safety journey as a driving force behind our operations.

Meet Emily, a dedicated HR professional who has worked alongside Christy for the past 3 years. Emily has recently pivoted her focus towards health and safety, contributing to the development, implementation, and ongoing reviews of our internal TSS Intellectual Property. Emily is passionate about assisting clients in navigating and understanding their duty and obligations under Legislation.

Meet Hanna, with an impressive 16-years in the civil, building and construction industry, Hanna is a qualified sheet metal worker and project coordinator. Hanna brings a wealth of industry knowledge to TSS, particularly while supporting the TSS team in project coordination.
